Administrative Assistant

HumanCo is looking for a highly organized individual to join our fast-paced team as an Administrative Assistant. This individual will provide office support to all employees and work closely with the management team to coordinate meetings, optimize schedules, manage travel, and assist in broader process improvement. We are seeking an individual who understands the importance of prioritization and working quickly to meet the needs of others.




  • Understand the styles and preferences of senior leaders to best meet their needs
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel for the Management team
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Provide support to visitors
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Confirm restaurant reservations for senior staff
  • Manage inquiries and requests in a quick manner
  • Arrange logistics for meetings, events, and interviews
  • Proofread confidential correspondence and documents
  • Oversee the distribution of documents, presentations, and meeting information
  • Assist with special projects and personal requests for the management team



  • College degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience in working with executives and multiple departments/teams
  • Proficiency in system management – in particular, Microsoft Office, Zoom, DocuSign, DocSend. Preferred experience in BambooHR.
