HumanCo is looking for an exceptionally driven and motivated person to join our team as a Paralegal. This individual will work closely with our COO helping to manage contracts, ensure legal compliance, and provide support in investor relations. Over time this individual will develop systems to better streamline our legal processes and investor management.




  • Manage legal requests and oversee contract intakes, being the key point of contact to conduct the initial review of NDAs and  external vendor agreements
  • Organize and oversee electronic document storage
  • Manage contract database and renewals
  • Assist with insurance renewals 
  • Handle various legal filings
  • Assist with the formation of new entities
  • Provide on-going investor relations support
  • Assist with M&A due diligence



  • Certificate of completion from an ABA-approved paralegal certification program of education and training, or an associate degree in paralegal studies
  • Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience, 3-5+ years of experience leading legal and compliance matters for a fast-growing company (startup experience preferred) 
  • Experience working with C-level executives and across multiple departments/teams
  • Proficiency in system management – in particular, DocuSign, DealCloud, DocSend, Microsoft Office
