The Opportunity

We are looking for a Director of Foodservice to join our growing HumanCo team. This role will be responsible for accelerating growth and developing our brands in the foodservice channel, fueled by a passion for HumanCo's mission and brands. The Director of Foodservice will be responsible for driving sales and distribution, building market share, and increasing brand awareness while establishing strategic relationships with distributors, brokers, and  customers within the channel.


Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with leadership to define, implement, and drive our foodservice sales strategy across the U.S.
    • Build strong and credible relationships with major headquarter accounts, distributors, and brokers
    • Leverage broker partnerships to build and execute annual plans across the foodservice Channel
    • Directly manage key customers and coordinate the management of all other accounts through broke
    • Own budgeting and forecasting of sales; participate in the development of overarching brand strategie


Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5+ years in foodservice CPG sales
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • General understanding of the U.S. foodservice landscape
    • Motivated and enthusiastic with a passion for winning
    • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, while thriving in a remote environment
    • Strong problem solving skills and commitment to bring creative solutions to business opportunities
